Join Erin Damour, Nia Black Belt, in welcoming Sarah Marshank the founder of Selfistry and author of Being Selfish: My Journey from Escort to Monk to Grandmother, for an introductory weekend workshop highlighting her work. Through Selfistry you’ll explore your self and your connection to life through intentional stillness, guided mindfulness practices, and conscious movement.

With Selfistry, we take a unique approach to self-discovery, personal development, and spiritual exploration. Deep spirituality—without the dogma. Self-help practices—without the false promise of ten easy steps. Transformational meditation—without the rigid rules.

Here’s the promise: Selfistry provides a framework for understanding your present state of being and a toolkit for your journey to wholeness  — so that you can step into expressing yourself authentically and living the kickass life you deserve.

Register for the Saturday workshop online at or directly with producer, Erin Damour. For questions contact Erin at 505-459-3628 or via email at
