Together we will examine and experience details of our musculoskeletal anatomy and care through touch, movement, anatomy, and writing that will help deepen your awareness of how you move. This workshop will allow us to take a multi-dimensional approach to becoming pleasure and body literate, keystone concepts of Nia aimed at creating sustainability in your body. This is a great workshop for both new-to-Nia students, long time veteran movers, yogis, and teachers.
