end of life education, advocacy and care

To live in this world you must be able to do three things. To love what is mortal, to hold it against your bones knowing your life depends on it, and when the time comes, to let it go. Let it go. ~ Mary Oliver

End of Life Planning

In development

Workshops and Facilitation to help you get your “affairs in order”.

Each of us has a ripple effect on the world during our lives – and beyond – and end of life (EOL) planning can be the ultimate gift to yourself and others.

A thoughtfully crafted EOL plan allows integration and implement of your purpose and values, eliminates unnecessary burdens and creates space for grief and mourning to those still living.

With an End Of Life Doula Professional Certificate from UVM’s Larner College of Medicine and certifcation as an End of Life Planning Facilitator of the Before I Go Solutions® method I can help you put your EOL plan together with care and attention to your values, needs and desires.

courageous community conversations

Diealogue is a free in-person death café-style experience where curious people come together for courageous conversation about death and dying.

These gatherings provide an open and safe space to talk about this often difficult topic. They are group directed discussions with no agenda, objective or specific theme.

The objective is to increase awareness of death and dying with a view to helping people make the most of our finite lives.
