Therapeutic Massage
I have a referral-based private practice and am dedicated to working with clientele committed to prioritizing self-care. I collaborate with folks who seek evidence-informed outcomes of therapeutic massage: a sense of well-being, relaxation, stress management, pain management and functional mobility.
I bring a gentle intuitive approach to each session, which is customized to meet your specific needs.
In addition to being in practice for 11 years I also was a massage therapy educator at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics (since closed), teaching ethics, anatomy and physiology, sports massage, myofascial massage, specific massage and managing the clinical practicum.

Each of us has a ripple effect on the world during our life and beyond. End of life planning can be the ultimate gift to yourself and others as it allows integration and implement of your values, eliminates unnecessary burdens and gives room for mourning with less stress.
I hold an End Of Life Doula Professional Certificate from the University of Vermont’s Larner College of Medicine and a certificate as an End of Life Planning Facilitator of the Before I Go Solutions® method.
My blog, Bridging the Gap, is a series of blog posts designed to educate and encourage discussion of end-of-life issues and bridge the gap that many of us experience when contemplating ours and other’s mortality and the multitude of facets entailed therein.
